我們說 "a pain in the neck"（脖子痛）
想想，落枕這件事，雖然不是什麼重大的傷害或疼痛。
但落枕就是不舒服，做事也不方便。
“好煩”這種感覺，就是落枕，脖子痛的感覺。
不大不小，但是就是不方便也不舒服。pain in the neck
